General eligibility requirements:

• Nationality of a NATO member state
• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience (depending on the seniority of the position)
• Fluency in one of the NATO official languages (English/French) and good working knowledge of the other
• Holding, or in a position to obtain, a valid security clearance certificate from the national security authority
• Fulfilment of any obligations imposed by national law concerning military service
